Overview: PointsOfTravel.com is an online fulfillment center servicing non-profit organizations and schools in the United States and Canada. Charitable patrons who have purchased a participating travel experience at a non-profit fundraising event may customize their travel & event packages on the Points Of Travel website prior to fulfillment. The fee-free Points Of Travel experience provides each Participant with “The Luxury of Choice”™, an exclusive level of personalized service provided to all eligible non-profit organizations and their charitable patrons. All users of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

Participation: Participants who have acquired a destination travel or event package at a non-profit fundraising event will receive a Fulfillment Code within approximately 30 days after the event date. The Fulfillment Code allows access to the PointsOfTravel.com website where the Participant may customize features of their travel & event package prior to submitting their Fulfillment Request. The Fulfillment Code is valid for up to one year from the fundraising event date at which the Fulfillment Points were obtained.

Fulfillment Code & Fulfillment Points: When the Participant creates an account on PointsOfTravel.com and enters their Fulfillment Code, the Participant’s Fulfillment Points automatically associate to the account. The number of Fulfillment Points on the account is equal to the Fulfillment Points needed for the travel or event package.

Using Fulfillment Points:

1. Participants may redeem their Fulfillment Points on PointsOfTravel.com for:
   1. The travel/event package purchased at a non-profit fundraising event.
   2. For any other travel or event package (or combination of packages).
   3. For PointsOfTravel.com online catalog merchandise.
2. Specific online catalog merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
3. Points Of Travel reserves the right to modify the travel, event and merchandise available in the Fulfillment Points Program online catalog at any time and without notice.
4. Fulfillment Points not redeemed within one year of the fundraising event date will expire.
5. Fulfillment Points are not redeemable for cash.

Participant Account Statements: The PointsOfTravel.com website provides Participants with transaction detail, as well as Fulfillment Points Program point balances.

Changes: Points Of Travel reserves the right, without prior notice, to change the program at any time. Points Of Travel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. All questions or disputes regarding this program, the availability of points or the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Points Of Travel at its sole discretion.

Discontinuation of Program: Points Of Travel reserves the right to discontinue the Fulfillment Points Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or discontinued, any unredeemed Fulfillment Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of discontinuation; all travel documents will be valid for use for a minimum of one year from the fulfillment request date. (So if we ever discontinue this great service, Participants would still have up to one month to order their travel certificates and a minimum of one year to book and complete their travel or one month to use their Fulfillment Points to select merchandise from the online catalog).

Participant Fulfillment Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their points to redeem for items from the Fulfillment Points Program. Points can only be redeemed for travel, events or merchandise presented in the Fulfillment Points Program online catalog.

Shipping and Handling: The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the online catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.

Privacy Notice: The information collected on this website will be used by Points Of Travel in connection with the Fulfillment Points Program. Points Of Travel will not provide your information to non-Points Of Travel companies or non-Points Of Travel third-party business partners without first obtaining your approval to do so.

Email Notices: When you visit this website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Confidentiality: If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Shipping Policy: Please allow 10 business days from the date the Fulfillment Request is submitted for delivery and 15 business days before reporting a lost shipment.

If the Participant receives an incorrect order, the Participant must notify Points Of Travel within thirty (30) days of receipt of the order. Upon receipt of such notification, Points Of Travel will investigate and may require the Participant to complete an Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Shipment.

Points Of Travel in its sole discretion may cancel and replace any non-received shipment.

If Points Of Travel is not contacted within 30 days of the actual or expected date of receipt of an order, partial order or individual documents, certificates, vouchers, gift cards or gift certificates, the order will be deemed to be completely fulfilled, satisfactory and accepted by the Purchaser, Customer, Traveler and/or Charitable Patron.
